No config files, no server ceremony. Connect, open, claim. The repo does the rest.

Open gitby

Type gitby. It connects to gitby.cloud and signs you in. Your repos are already there.

Pick a repo

Choose from the repos your connected accounts expose. Clone fresh or use an existing path. You land in the file list with everyone's claims visible.

Press e on any file or folder. The repo root claims everything. Teammates can request a takeover with t.
